This is an on going project consultation. Set at 6 month intervals at a 25% saving off the standard consulting hourly rate. (This includes Full Comprehensive 1 Week 40 Hour Evaluation each week, with a full to date cost evaluation of project at the end of each month).

Architectural Drawings payment covers the production of a single set of Architectural Drawings. Showing the work preformed on the structure to date. Type of material used and sizes. Complete detailed and accurate measurements of the entire building, including all doors windows molding etc. (structural, mechanical, electrical or any engineering is not included in this charge)

Building History Service Plans $19,425.00
Architectural Drawings payment covers the production of a single set of Architectural Drawings. Showing the work preformed on the structure to date. Type of material used and sizes. Complete detailed and accurate measurements of the entire building, including all doors, windows, molding, structural, mechanical, electric. This does not include engineering, engineering will be a separate charge at the engineers hourly rate. (No exception). Standard rate $27,750.00 with the purchase of a Yearly Maintenance Plan and the Building History Service Plans : Complete Set for the discounted price of $19,425.00 a 30% discount on the standard price.
