This is an on going project consultation. Set at 6 month intervals at the cost of $665,621.84. You are saving 25% ($166,405.46) off the full comprehensive standard consulting hourly rate of 1 Weekly Evaluation, each week, with a full to date cost evaluation and project progress report at the end of each month unit completion 6-month term(This includes Full Comprehensive month).
Architectural Drawings 1 Plans payment covers the production of a single set of CAD drawings. Showing Complete Floor Plan with accurate measurements of each room, including all doors sizes. windows sizes. (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical or any engineering is not included in this Plan)
Architectural Drawings 2 Plans payment covers the production of a single set of Architectural Drawings. Showing the work preformed on the structure to date ( if available). Type of material used and sizes. Complete detailed and accurate measurements of the entire building, including all doors windows molding etc. (structural, mechanical, electrical or any engineering is not included in this plan)
Building History Service Plans payment covers: A complete and thorough search of all available records on the structure, including print and video media file, Local, City and state records. The production of a single set of Full Set of Drawings. Showing the work currently being performed on the structure and all previously done to date. Type of material used and sizes. Complete detailed and accurate measurements of the entire building, including all doors, windows, molding, structural, mechanical, electric. We will try to locate through available research materials each and every person who to part in the building of the structure, from Lead Architect to the painting contractor and their employees. A full Building History. This does not include engineering. Engineering will be a separate fee, charged at the engineer’s hourly rate. (No exception). Building History Service Plans: Standard rate is $27,750.00 with the purchase of a Yearly Maintenance Plan and the Building History Service Plans: Complete Set for the discounted price of $19,425.00 a 30% discount on the standard price.
